This blog started as a collection of inspiring thoughts and perspectives. Then it developed into insights. Then it started on a journey of self discovery and redefining of possibilities. Over a period of time, it became a voice of inspiration, understanding, connecting the dots and challenging status quo. As these developments were happening on the blog, a parallel transformation was happening in my life as well. In business and life and I was just  a follower, who did just what I was told to do, but found ways of injecting elements of passion into everything I did. Later on things started changing, responsibilities started coming, opportunities started emerging. From the sidelines of business, I became part of the mainstream, from making recommendations, I went on to influencing and taking decisions. Challenging status quo, was not easy to do, but once you did it, there was no going back, changing the frame work made more sense and gave you a sense of belonging, connection with your soul, than fitting into it. Redefining success and persuading others, gave you the reality distortion field where the potential was immense. The world was yours to take. Slowly and then suddenly things started to fall into place…the dots connected and you went on to do meaningful work, one after the other, touching people and forging relationships on the way.

Most of us are endowed with all the intelligence we ever need, all the strategies are already there in our common sense. We just have to clothe it in ‘sound bites’, present it persuasively and create urban myths to invent our future. We just have to start shipping our work

I am sharing my stories here and I will be eager to learn about yours. If you write to me, I will write back in 24 hours and will truly appreciate your comments and feedback
